| Pre-move survey |
| Upon receiving your call or your
appointment online, a sales consultant will be assigned
to visit your home to do a free pre-move survey. |
| Through the survey the sales
consultant will: |
walk through your house with
you to access the volume of your household effects
that need to be moved.
make a presenation of our company and our service
to tell you how we perform your move from A to Z
and let you know how we pack different items with
different materials, how lift-vans or containers
are loaded, how they are handle……
learn about your moving needs: Any items need sepcial
care and handling? Insurance cover of your household
goods; Any items for storage or donation? Your prefered
packing order, your departure time and arrival time……

| Quotation and contract |
| A quotation sheet based on the
survey together with the acceptance form of quotation
will be sent to you via fax or email in 24 hours
after the survey. |
| If you are pleased to accept
our quotation and decide to choose us for you upcoming
move, please complete the acceptance form and send
it back to us as soon as possilbe. The acceptance
form being completed, authorized & stamped signifies
the commencement of our service for you. |

| Packing, loading and
storage |
| During a move especially in an
international move, furniture and household effects
are exposed to some hazards and risks. Properly
packing your valued belongings is essential in assuring
that your shipment arrives at its destination in
the same condition as it was loaded. With over 10
years of packing and moving experience, our professional
packers are aware of what the risks are before packing,
and what protective measures they need to take to
protect any item from the risks. |
| An English-speaking supervisor
will be on site during the packing. He will communicate
with you and make the operation orderly and organized.

| All your household effects that
have already been packed will be labelled and recorded
on the packing list clearly in English and Chinese
by our supervisor. He will give you one copy after
finishing it and being signed by both you and him. |
| Loading is not as easily as what
somebody considers that just place all goods randomly
in a container or in a close truck. According to
our experience, the damage ratio is to much extent
relative to the loading method. A scientific and
designable loading can not only save your space,
namely your money, but also save your household
goods even most professional packed from evitable
damage. |
| We provide long term and short
term storage at both origin and destination. When
you are still looking for a new home at the destination,
or your new house has not enough space to welcome
your upcoming goods…… it is a good way to store
them in our warehouse. Whenever you need them, just
call un one day in advance. |

| Upon the arrival of your goods,
we/our agent will contact you to arrange the delivery.

Open the container of truck after
confirming the seal number
Make protection on the floor,wall,corner
Unload all your goods and place them according to
your direction.
Check the quantity of your goods.
Unpack your goods and relocate them following your
ideas.
Collect debris from your house.
Sign the delivery report after finishing the main
job.

| After sales service |
| Debris twice free pickup: Normally
not all of your household effects are to be unpacked
upon the delivery, and not all your furniture will
be relocated at the suitable place, so we promise
twice free pickup and relocating. |
| Damage claim: our customer service
manager will contact you upon receiving the damage
claim on the delivery report in 2 working days. |
| Our claims are quite low due
to excellent packing and wrapping techniques but
we highly recommend you to take out an insurance
policy to cover any unforeseen happening beyond
our control. |
